When thinking of entrepreneurs who I've met starting up their companies, I recall decisions to sacrifice regular salaries for performance bonuses based on just that .... company performance .... over time. Annual remuneration to the executives of this company is clearly documented and in my opinion well earned given the undervalued long term proposition under management. Fair's fair mate.
