The meeting held in 2015? prior to losing the COA and the company's prime asset?
I wouldn't say that discussing options for management remuneration being altered considering drastic changes in circumstances and workload/responsibilities is sooking. But any contrary opinion on this stock always flames up such an unreasonable reaction from some.
If you think that $1.2 million a year is a great deal for shareholders and continue to hold the stock thats your choice and good luck with that. Others don't.
Lets see what the BOD and RM has to say at the shareholders update. Hopefully they have some plans for forward motion and activity. Waiting for the SIG is not a plan.
