The placement price is the reason for the decline, if ppx can place $125m at 4.8 to the big boys, that seems to be fair value for the company.

if the stock is diluted and offered at a lower price it makes sense for a decline in MP.

do you not agree that a $4.8, 26 million share placement would provide strong support??

sorry about the calls yesterday i should have mentioned the dilutive effect from the offer but i wasnt talking short term this is a long term, core holding in my portfolio. look at the div%

although i do agree the stock was going sideways recently, but consider the overall market trend
