I would think they already have a generic template design of a coldry processing facility. Im thinking the funding may be related to an actual design in a specific location to compliment a Bankable Feasibility Study of a particular project.
Their intention is to license the technology and receive royalties, but I dont think that ECT is currently focussing on this strategy. I believe ECT's main focus would be to establish a Plant in partnership with an Electricity Supplier and be able to access the Plant to sell/export the coldry pellets. My understanding would be that the Electricity Supplier would pay 100% for the infrustructure and ECT would be free carried.
Royalties would enable ECT to earn about 2% commission whereas exporting pellets would generate 30-40% return.
