    and to add to MMP's observation, the EFS looks to be a 46% WI in the acreage .... presumably looking for 100% and certainly an operated interest (which I think it is). Net production of 27Mboepd reflective of TILing all remaining wells. Can't see $400M buying that ($15K per flowing boepd).
