Huge swing again - mine is pre-tax - I don't think there are reasons to take post-tax.
The model throws: Sol discount 13.11% and pre-tax value range $19.00 to $19.30. BKW discount 7.25% and range %15.30 to $15.60
I spoke to an analyst and he suggested that the industrial JV may well be an underpin for BKW as it funds their Dividend and probably reduces volatility in the payout. Suggesting what the CEO of SOL said about BKW that the dividend is really funded by the JV and Sol Dividends... He also said it was strange that these should track each other f you like the basket ...
