enough cash to make a decent aquisition......and their future business plan is obviously not going to have anything to do with pearls if you read between the lines.

CDS forked out just $130,000 in cash plus shares and look what has happened to their SP since the coal project aquisition.

The quality of the project they aquire is what will be key (i.e. enough to excite the mkt). Looking at the new mgmt team I am confident they will deliver.

That capper is there for a reason imo - shouldn't be long now till the new business plan is announced.
