Deflecting away from the politician is not the right thing to do.
The others are not elected officials and should not cop any flak
or negativity.
I dont agree that personal relationship issues should be aired in
public. However, when it highlights a hypocrisy of a politician in
terms of their values then the politician would know that the media
will not let them off the hook. The other Parties to the relationship
should be left alone.
