Rick’s right IMO, Management and BoD have failed SH’s, the current SP reflects that failure.
Spinning out iCobalt was not part of the original plan and it does seem opportunistic to me that directors also get another fee for doing what they should have been doing and failed to do at MTC in the first place.
That said, MC can hardly get much worse from here (famous last words) so I’m for the spinoff at this point in time.
Let’s just hope they do a better job of crossing the t’s and dotting the i’s than they did with the Dynavolt deal.
