    yes kevin you are happy to purchase those leases for a grossly over valued price , nobody would pay a stupid price except you with script rubbish ,monopoly money is worth more than fas script, why dont you obtain a valuation from a reputed valuer-geologist or do you pay what ever the major shareholder wants because your his stooge
