Ann: WBT successfully scales up to 4Kb array 40nm working cells, page-48

So we dont know the size of each reram cell relative to a normal flash cell. So cant determine how many cells we can maximally fit on a 40nm chip. It looks like from the following picture from the cover of NAND Flash Memory Technologies by Seicchi Aritome that 1bit Flash runs to around 16GB max at 40nm.

I would think re-ram is multi-bit correct so would expect there will be plenty of room at 40nm beyond 1MB. Someone else may have more of a clue about the ultimate realisable size at 40nm and then say 28nm.
