There was also a market update about the share issues and the company said they would not issue any more for acquisitions etc where possible. Again discussed within these threads.

This type of investigation just causes doubt for new retail investors that were not completely aware of these details.

For any investor that has doubts I would recommend reviewing the broker data that has been made available in these threads. It shows buying by large institutions that have access to far more information and resources than any of us retail investors. If they are buying then imo there's no problem.

Sad developments / trend across tech space- GSW, BUD and now BIG market darlings that retail investors probably lost sight of looking closely at details (it is out there, ppl just not looking) as they were taken over by an ever rising sp.
If this is not suspended or trading halt at first bell, I would sell first ask questions later- damage is done IMO.
