hmm ok as usual could b getting carried away, but that article raises the question ,who are the other 2 in the northern hemisphere?
My guess swedish SSAB and Kockrums, lol which raises the question, bis already supplies steel for the US oshkosh factory,as they are about to start replacement of the 55,000 humvee's with the yet un named oshkosh jltv,i would have thought for political reasons australia would b politically more attractive to the US than sweden or germany?
Which also brings me to the point of pressure hull steel for US submarines ie 1 to 2 US subs made each year.Who supplies the pressure hull steel ?SSAB or Kockrums, again once dcns transfers its sub steel technology to bis,is there potential for bis to supply steel for US subs?
ps telstra should b the most exciting stock on the asx as suggested by thodey and i agree, but its not.imo micro cap bis is the most exciting stock on the asx,and again bsl with its US operations would have to b watching bis, because i can't c any political reasons from france, germany and of course sweden to object to above.
