Just a guess , but I’m saying that it is finalisation of the Colombian deal. That was due before end of April , no reason DD couldn’t be accomplished by now.

Not forgetting that the cultivation license is a condition of the deal going ahead. If that’s the case then that’s a very valuable addition to the CPH potential for success. The allocated shares are also included in the current MC so no dilution. It’s a win / win.
