DOW was off over 1000 points last night and already a 10% correction. When CTP wells come in dry next cap raising will be even harder and at a much lower price. I recently said it will be done at 2c to 4c at next raising but if the DOW continues to collapse I would be more inclined to think the next cap raising at the lower end of my price range.
