I take on board your sentiment, but if it is a clear breach then they may be able to enforce their rights quite easily, regardless of the size of their opponent. I doubt they would bother if they weren't fairly certain they had a good chance, given that they are not exactly flush with cash. Whereas, Telstra are so arrogant they think they can treat customers and partners with contempt - and what have they got to lose - $0.5M - big deal
