- Brazil had law/legislative changes
- forced TV2 to "acquire" a content provider to get around said legislative changes
- they have access to there content in the meantime
- 3 months worth of negotiations until they can charge for said content
- they mentioned this is more profitable but if it was why didnt they do it in the first place?
