Can anyone find anything about Slim Pack ? I can and it seems like a recently formed company and it also seems like Suzuki was only recently impressed (Jan 28th) when the TV2 info session or whatever dick swinging type of event it was. As mentioned in the announcement.

Could it be that Nick found himself in a position at this conference knowing the only content provider tv2 had was to cease content for legislative reasons . Then he met Suzuki , who has the contacts. Suzuki has then said how’s about we set up a company agree on a 3 month due diligence process for an acquisition and in the mean time we will figure out how to maybe get some content negotiated . Announcement mentions this “newly formed” company of Slim Pack and “currently negotiating content”.

To me that’s how the announcement reads . A last minute effort to not go to the market and announce a loss of a content provider. Instead trading halt / suspend while they put together a smoke screen of an acquisition to distract us for another 3 months.

Am I being fictitious ? In my opinion I feel like this seems more realistic than nick being the “knight “ in this situation
