Again, the are plenty of examples of audited companies still deceiving and auditors not picking it up. That's where it's difficult to swallow as one trusts the auditors to the the right thing but they are not perfect and sometimes the clever companies outsmart them for a while. Even the big 4 auditors get it wrong, the smaller you are, the less resources hence chances are bigger you might get duped. Again not suggesting this is happening here but unfortunately i've seen it all so i'm highly skeptical (the usual too good to be true mantra....)
