Conversion price of note is 27c, they ain't converting!
This is a good thing as it means no dilution.
I think fair value now considering the uncertainties for this thing is 5 x's underlying cash-flows. Based on NPATA of $2.5m for half (excl Media division losses) x 2 = $5m p.a. that's $25m or 11.37c.
The way I look at it now is if Media division works, great it will be winner.
If Media Division doesn't work, scrap that crap & just concentrate of sucking out as much milk out of Q&A and Sub business. I would then turn CM8 into spitting out 100% of cash-flows in divi's.
If it falls much more I may buy up a lot & seek the above !
