    If the premium top of the line package for SME's is $4k, how is the ARPU $8.2k? In recent quarterlies the company has explained this by customers taking larger bundled packages. I don't know the answer as despite repeatedly asking management since last week they have not responded.

    If you run numbers through a spreadsheet or back of an envelope it appears like new customers must be paying over $10k on average to support the cash flow numbers and ARPU. In my limited attempts I was unable to find one customer who paid that much. At the same time I did not encounter any happy customers.

    I encourage all longs to seek clarification from company to the extent of future shares for services. I asked, no reply except for the 3B announcement on 2 Feb.

    This financial year alone, in just over seven months Big has issued 9.3 million shares for services. Those shares have an issue value of $7.3 million and a market value when announced of $25 million. (my calculations, best effort, but dyor).

    If Big had paid cash for those services what would have been the impact on cash flow?
    What is the true underlying profitability of Big?
    How sustainable are the revenues?
