So FBR jumped to 30c on Ann of MOU with CAT and KSA ,so how come in your opinion it will only go to 24 c in 2019 ? IF CAT go binding you would expect it to go back to 30c in a blink of an eye !! and if build is successful in July / August one would think there would be a buying frenzied and sp should go to 50c all this should happen before 2019 IMO . Remember this is a world first and attached to it is so many possibilities ! Depending on what this significant news is will depend on the SP. look forward to hear other views .
