For the bulls, why has GSW not got any of the delivery companies interested in its software?
I look at what GSW's software can do and it is not that complex. Even from their own prospectus there are other companies that offer the exact equivalent app. The only differentiation seems to be GSW is much cheaper and arguably nicer looking.
This is something that worries me too - apart from the fact that it is never great to be competing on price, it does raise the question of if GSW can ever make a profit even if everything goes to plan. GSW has not explained why they have a cost advantage over their competitors?
