Let us not forget:

Great Wall is already our customer, so it seems entirely possible that our material will end up in MINIs and BMWs anyway. The GWM / BMW JV talks became public after our deal with GWM, so one could infer that BMW has no issue with our product or ability to meet supply.
Anyway that is total conjecture at this point, we will all just have to wait and see who they choose. Shouldn't be too long. It's also worth noting that while BMW is a sexy brand they are around the 12th largest auto manufacturer with around 2.5M units produced annually, whilst the likes of Toyota and VW are closer to 7M. So having them as a customer is not the be all and end all.
