It's a naive "business model"......sign up SME"s and promote them on an online review platform. The "BIG" problem is the consumers "eyeballs" are "owned" by Google, Facebook You Tube & other major players etc who by the way make their money via advertising. Also remember Yellow Pages well they have a "big" problem too.....a brand / platform that can't get the "eyeballs" or compete on a stand alone basis with the resultant crumbs $$$ from the digital marketing advertising pie. So there we have it.....BIG is way down the food chain......and will be battling for the crumbs.
