PEPR Decision Time

PEPR : Elections Caretaker Period South Australian Government
In accordance with the Constitution Act 1934, the writs for the next general election
in South Australia will be issued on Saturday, 17 February 2018, with the election
held on Saturday, 17 March 2018.
During the caretaker period the Government must adhere to .
1 Avoid major policy decisions that would bind an incoming government
2Avoid making significant appointments
3Does not enter into major contracts or undertakings.
　
Not sure how the PEPR is classisfied as general business or either 1 or 3 .
In any case they have the rest of the week to approve the PPR if they want to get it
through before the Caretaker Period commences other than that it will be tossed
around between the Labour, Liberal, Best and Green parties as ammunition to win or lose votes.
The sitting Government appear to favor the Hillside Project so I wonder if they will fast track a
decision over the next couple of days . The share price this week might be a good guide to that
happening or not .
