    What are the thoughts on Resolution 5 for the capital raising of up to 200 million shares at an 80% discount within 3 months of the AGM.

    Also what are your thoughts on changing the terms of the WGL 2.5cent options so that they will be listed and tradeable.

    The capital raise is inevitable I suppose but wondering what all this is signalling at this time.
