One thing I have to correct:
What they've paid for the acquisition isn't really "peanuts money".
36,x Mio is a lot of money.
But if you look at the dimension of the project(s), the (potential) quality and what pre-owners already invested in: it's nonetheless not much.
Mean to remember they've already invested aaalmost the double amount.
Of what MHC is now paying them.
So, if I'm not on the totally wrong boat: post closing transaction we'd (roughly) speak about an 40-50Mio consolidated MHC valuation.
