"Under the terms of the agreement, Medea will coordinate with the various potential off-take
partners currently in discussions with Australian Mines to finalise and submit their proposed
off-take and project financing package to the Company in the first quarter of 2018."

in other words maybe, to put in their best and final offer

BMW said it has final contracts ready to be signed...I would suggest that unless BMW and AUZ had been discussing and finalised the contract before this, that a week since would be way too short to get final agreements in place...but let's keep that 'hope' alive...lol...maybe they did and it was a strategic move by AUZ to get BMW to sharpen their pencil or get thrown in with the rest...
