    Hi Kev,

Please don't get me wrong. I am not critical of you or anyone else on this forum. Quite the opposite. We are all in the same boat. Different experiences, philosophies and expectations but ultimately we are all investors and we would all prefer a reward rather than a loss (although we also deal with those as well occasionally).

Essentially, we are all after adequate information that guides us through our investments. When it lacks officially, we find alternate ways to obtain whatever we may be able to gather. That's human nature.

Personally, I am reading/seeing so many contradictions that it makes me wonder if we are investing in a serious company, with a good product and that has great opportunities, or something quite the opposite. My initial research indicated that although TV2U has a mercurial CEO, the platform and the plans seemed to make good sense and offer a good opportunity. Then comes a suite of botched announcement that makes one wonder, again and again. The last announcement was particularly disastrous in my opinion for all the reasons stated earlier and more (and it seems the market agrees).

Here's another example. The announcement states "Hence with immediate effect TV2U has ceased to stream content from CCSTV and temporarily suspended the application on Android devices in Brazil." What happened to iPhone/iOS applications? I don't need to over-analyse that, it is staring me in the face! We ran out of petrol so we took all the Holdens out but still running the Fords? There may be a good explanation, all that is needed is to state it properly.

I believe shareholders have the right to be formally and honestly informed. As simple as that. I've been in that sort of business long enough to know that delays happen and you have to deal with all sorts of setbacks and the unforeseen, but better be honest about it and say how you plan to deal with it than try to bluff your audience. You earn trust, a rare commodity.

As for investing, I am happy to say that most of my investments so far have been successful. Two have not! One is Paladin (PDN) who just transferred 98% of my and everyone else's shares to debt holders because the CEO was incompetent, over-borrowed, over committed, and misled everyone, then led the company into administration. The other was New Zulu now Crowd Spark (CSK), a company that was destined for an amazing future, but resulted for me in an 85% loss because they were unable to focus, execute and deliver what they promised (sounds familiar?). High risk? Absolutely, when I lose, I lose big

Cheers Kev, hope we all see some sunlight soon.
