Really can't understand why this isn't flying yet

We received word that the prototype trials were a success and they've received a $235K deposit - within weeks they should formalise the $6.9M deal

IMO there is some confusion/speculation that a CR may be required, given how the cashflow is reported. But as everyone keeps pointing out, there is no guarantee or requirement for a CR if you factor in the businesses cash flows, presold goods etc etc
