    Debate the question, not the punter.

    If there is now a commercial arrangement between Celgard and MNS, what's the next commercial arrangement up the chain between MNS and the JV for these services and/or products? If MNS has to pay Celgard upfront for all products / services, when does MNS get paid? IMO this is a very unusual announcement, and as a prospective holder I'm just questioning what this really means for MNS...but perhaps it's all there in the library and I have missed it.
