I don't believe that there's no laws involved. The Therapeutic goods administration have not endorsed any MC use. Therefore a rather longer alternate route is available for GPs and as I've quoted as of June there was only 150 going down this route. There will be substantial costs to setting this up in my opinion. happy to be wrong and I'll admit to not knowing enough about the current state of legislation but I haven't seen anything to give me any confidence this can work (currently within oz).
