There are two possible scenarios:
a) the petitioning shareholders are a bunch of muppets; or
b) there are some serious (yet to be disclosed) problems with project execution.
Neither of which bode well for investors.
If (a) no experienced high quality management, which the project is going to need, are going to go within a bulls roar of KIN; and if (b) - wave goodbye to at least 50% of the share value.
