we call an egm all you need is 5% of votes, this constant sell down needs to be adressed by either the current board
or change the seating arrangements
the share price is still in a downtrend mr market is not happy with this board or there dealings
fair enough they cannot report on the delta deal but they can report on the new bis they have bought just to keep the market updated with a bit of newsflow
as we all know good news drives the share price silence sends it down
