The only time they were disclosed was either at the agm (through voted resolutions), or via 3B's (when the shares were actually issued.. But what service was rendered?
Why would BIG need to pay FC for services rendered?

FC provide cash flow funding service to BIG clients, why would BIG need to pay for that?
