He was the problem. He and certain interests out of the east coast who do NOT have share holder interests as 1st priority.
All the large shareholders took up EXTRA shares on top of their allocations. Harmanis n Fitton etc. People with skin in the game and who actually bought their way in and funded this company. People with extremely successful long term mining track records. People who want a cash flow soon so we all win
