I think in writing that list made me realise just how few catalysts this thing has other than the IOP - most of that list was IO price going up causing debt holders to sell down.

Is the quality of what atlas sell good? - no
Is the cost of which atlas sell it competitive? - not really
Is the management team looking after shareholders and creating value for them? - no, debt holders interests are first

3 big red flags. I would rather wait for a few issues to be resolved and not be purely reliant on the IOP. I will come back in when the risk/return improves which is when debt holders are gone.
