Staff members did take a pay cut (approx. 7.5% from memory at the time) in 2013-14 which was in the period where jobs were scarce in the Goldfields as both nickel and gold headed down and the whole mining sphere was on a negative trend. Sentiment now in the jobs marketplace has very much picked up industry wide, especially for skilled underground workers . We are starting to see a surge in opportunities as new mine sites open around Australia.

Yup you're right about not owner operated. I got the wrong info. Yup sentiment has picked up a bit. SLR not yet.
