Notice how there is only one recent notice dated 9 February 2018.

If we click on the link together ( https://www.asxonline.com/public/notices/2018/feb/0119.18.02.html ) you will see that the settlement date (receiving the funds) was 13 Feb 2018 and the transformation from MNSXX to MNS stock was today - hence the issue of the 3B today.

I hope this helps, anf0, not sure what information you've based your view that further 3Bs are forthcoming.
