Who's buying... Well that's a no brainer, given the Chinese nexus. However the buying ploys rests on sifting out long standing hopefuls who have given up on ever getting their money back.. It seems certain that a broker has deployed a robot to make the best of this sentiment, therefore it may take time to flesh out most of the time wearied shareholders on the register. Anyway, I think there's a $ to made from this one .. Given Mr Mengs access to 10.000 hospitals in China ...
