They are still reviewing a lot of projects - wary how long it has been so don’t want to take the first thing that comes round ... also that the new board wants to get it re- listed ASAP.
I’ve also spoken to a couple of parties who had the DMI deal come across but turned it down - no consolation here I know but let’s say not every deal may be as rosy as it seems.
