    -The Project is located in an isolated and harsh environment with little to no existing infrastructure.
    - The company continues to be diluted.
    - The company forecasts are continually wrong, misguiding or delayed.
    - The Project has no funding.
    - The construction and commissioning of the plant will be complex and challenging.

    Don't even worry about shipping windows until the above are addressed/overcome.
