Pretty spot on what we were expecting with some income now being received from the Penrith shopping centre and the commencement of a small dividend. I am expecting around a 2.5c dividend at the full year results making up 3c for the year which wouldn't be too bad at this point. Will be interesting to see if this generates any interest in the stock today.
