Seems like whenever people make bad investment decisions, they seek to be somehow be compensated for it.

What is it about society today, I wonder, when people are so keen to deflect accountability for their actions?

Without wanting to be smug, in the case of this company the writing was clearly on the wall for years, for those who chose to look at it.
