No reason to panic. Middle of the night here in Australia atm so don't expect an announcement for at least 5 hours ( if not longer if an extension is requested. )
I doubt very much there is any games being played here, more along the lines of ensuring everything is in order and complete to move further along our journey.
Finally, remember that there are more 'competitors' than available 'ethical' Cobalt so we remain in the box seat either way.
