how were the 40min if they have been using gsw for a lengthy period? Ubereats never takes that long and most of that food takes longer to prepare than putting x numer of pieces of chicken in a box, even 30 minutes seems far too long for delivery using cutting edge optimisation software

the only plausible explanation i can figure is not enough cars, so orders come through and all a sites cars are on the road, otherwise those numbers don't seem great at all

see image below, all the red roosters around brisbane are about 5-10 min drive from each other, so delivery region for each should only be 5 min drive radius... deliveries in an optimised system should be maybe 15 min at most
