If every board acted in the fiduciary interests of all shareholders the ASX would be a lot easier place to invest.

With luck there is enough meat on the bones to make an asset stripping option a profitable exercise for all shareholder at the current SP, but I have a gut feeling that there are a lot of hidden liability within YOW that will make this path more painful than it appears right now.
