You are asking the wrong person, I am not a holder.
As a ex-holder you are entitled to raise these questions to the CEO, but obviously haven't.
If indeed this company is trading insolvent it will have massive consequences, misleading shareholders is a serious breach.
Existing and old shareholders can start a class action any time if merit exists. Happy to point you in the right direction, but somehow I know you will not initiative this.
