They must be having troubles.
Then they have the 6 to 8 month wait for the decision on approval.
There are some significant share investor risks there. Eg What if China say we now have approved 25 foreign IF companies and we will now halt further approvals and monitor progress.
20% differential rule is extremely interesting, particularly once the first 10 IF go through.
Fortunately BUBs in the goat IF mkt,but still
